Hello

I just saw, that the mp3 player of wpForo Advanced Attachments on my website is broken. It looks like this an cannot be played:

Bildschirmfoto 2020 04 14 um 10.00.21

Where the grey block is, there should be the player.

I have already checked for upgrades for this addon and for wpforo, but there are no updates. Both are on the newest version.

Thanks for your help, how to fix this.

Best Regards
Daniel

@elvina, thanks for your reply.

Unfortunately this is not possible on my live website, since it's a closed forum only for paying customers.

But I just copied my website to a staging area and changed the settings, so that everyone can see it (for a short time and testing reason). You can see the issue for example on this page:

Thanks for any help

Daniel

@danielhunziker,

This is a small CSS conflict. Please register some testing user and send the users login details to info[at]gvectors.com email address to allow us to debug the CSS conflict and provide some solution for you.

@astghik, thank you for your reply.

I found out in between, that this conflict happens in firefox browser, but not in chrome. Can you see the conflict on your side and in different browsers?

Just to mention, before I provide you a test login.

@danielhunziker,

Thank you for clarification. However, we still need the login details to check the issue.

@astghik,

Ok, I see there is a problem on the staging site concerning the links in the forum. They point to the live site...

I will set up a new login for you. Do you need admin rights?

Thanks
Daniel

@danielhunziker,

No, we don't need administrator rights, just a testing user like a registered user.

@danielhunziker,

Please try the following CSS code. It should solve the issue.

#wpforo-wrap .wpfa-item audio {
width: 300px !important;
}

The CSS code should be added in the "Custom CSS code" textarea, located in the Dashboard > Forums > Settings > Style Tab.

Please don't forget to delete all caches and press Ctrl+F5 (twice) on the frontend before checking to reload the updated CSS file.
