The file size is 22.5 megabytes, I can't attach it here, the limit is 10 megabytes. File type (.jpg)

Please check the value of the "PHP Memory Limit". You can see it in the Dashboard > Forum > Dashboard admin page.
Also, make sure you're using the latest version of the addon.

What is the size of your image? Might be it is due to the image size!

This is an image specific issue, this is not the addon problem. Your image size and resolution is too big and it almost near to limits, so one may be uploaded correct another may pass the limit. So just stop uploading tremendous images, those are not for web and for WordPress. WEB likes images up to 2500px and up to 5 MB, but your images are not for web, they are for printing.
That's all, there is no mean search problems in the addon.
BTW, could you please provide your order number. Your account doesn't have [customer] label. Have you ever been our customer?
