Is there a way I can have the attachment actually render on the activity page? See screenshot.

Hi @josh-perry,

There is no way to show attachments on the activity page, the content is a filtered no-HTML content, it's a plain text, so it cannot contain image or other file HTML code. We'll clear the attachment shortocde in the activity text, so it'll be removed in the next update.
