Hi Tom,

 

Ok thanks, some of this is out of my hands so my feeling at the moment is to spin up a new server and separate out the forum from the website and eliminate the issue.

If I do this will I be able to remove the wpForo plug-ins from the original server and reinstall them with the licence keys under a different URL?

If you've already activated addons, you should send order details to support[at]gvectors.com email address. We'll reset the activation key and let you activate it on new website.
