I’ve just noticed that we can’t see media in advanced attachments… just a spinning circle. Please see attached. Just updated to latest version and still an issue.

See attached.

please advise.

Hi,

Please clear all caches and check again.

Also, check for any console errors. You can do this by pressing F12 to open the developer tools, then, navigate to the console tab. After clicking the buttons, any errors will be displayed there.

@mario-meyerarsm It works fine when we're checking your website. Please watch this video:

Please clear the browuser cache and check again.

@astgh thank you. what I forgot to mention is that if you go back to the site and the files are still uploaded, the "old" files will be unavailable. It's only new files that are visible. If you refresh the page after uploading them, that's when the wheel spins.

@marsm,

Please navigate to Dashboard > Forums > Tools > Debug Tab > [Errors & Issues] Sub Tab and check for any errors. If you find any, please let us know.

Then go to wpForo > Tools > Database Tables Tab and click the [Repair] button if you see any issues.

@astgh I’ve solved it… I’d get a server issue when I went to Tools.

ultimately it’s a PHP handling issue. I was running on nginx… switched to Apache and it’s working now. Both the front end and backend.
