Yes, I confirm. When Ninja Popups is deactivated, the plugin works.  Which plugin has a bug?

Hi pkrs,

As wpDiscuz Widgets works on the homepage the issue should be fixed by Ninja Popups plugin side. It would be better to contact to Ninja Popups support.
