I'm seeing a high portion of my subscriptions listed in the subscription manager noted as being WordPress database errors. Below is a sample of what I am seeing:

I would say on a given page of subscriptions, about 7 of them are these errors. I'm running v. 1.0.1 of the manager.
Can you tell me what causes this error and how I can fix it?
