Hello, just finished the updates you sent through, all went fine except the Subscriptions Manager update.  I tried the update now option and it failed, so I went to the downloads and got the updated file, ran it and it said it updated but I still get a notice that it needs to update?  I have attached a screenshot.

Hi,

Please navigate to Dashboard > Updates admin page and click [check updates] button, then go back to the plugins page and try to update it again.

@astgh Thanks, it appears to have corrected itself and I was able to update it on our live site as well with no issues.

I have the same problem with the Subscription Manager update. Everything else updated but I can not do this update. The version says it's the same: version 7.0.34 and the version to be updated to is 7.0.34.

wpDiscuz - Subscription Manager You have version 7.0.4 installed. Update to 7.0.34. View version 7.0.34 details.
Compatibility with WordPress 5.8: 100% (according to its author)

BTW it sounds like you don't have a solution to this problem other than try again.

@jtsmith,

Yes, it was a small issue. The version of the addon was not set correctly. Please don't worry about it. The message will disappear soon.

I am now having this same problem. I just recently updated to Subscription Manager 7.0.6, and my WordPress site is telling me an update is available for 7.0.9, and no matter what I do, I get the error message "An error occurred while updating wpDiscuz - Subscription Manager: Update package not available." I have tried everything you have suggested above, and this update simply will not happen.
