in the Moderate dropdown box I see:
Unapprove
trash
spam
move
blacklist
delete
but where is the option to "approve" a comment?

Hi @eddie,
Thank you for using wpDiscuz Frontend Moderation add-on.
In the dropdown box, you can't see the "approve" option as far as the comment is not under moderation. It already approved.
So, if the comment is approved the "approve" option is not visible anymore. The same is with unapproved option, i. e. if the comment is unapproved he "unapprove" option is not visible.
