Posted comment images not appearing in replyable email notifications

I'm really sorry, but currently, there is no way to include the images in the email content. 

This will be taken into consideration for future updates.

Sorry for the late response. 

As far as you're using the Replyable plugin the emails are being sent by that plugin side. Thus you'll need to find some hooks in the plugin settings and include the images in the email content.
