I bought this yesterday along with two others, but it is not possible to click on the avatar or the name of the author.
It is also not possible to click users even in "wpDiscuz Widgets"

Are they not clickable inside the widget even for you?

@astghik - Thanks, very kind, but I meant the author profiles 🙂 it only works to the first user but he reports the articles he has done

If the user doesn't have an author page there will not be any redirection. In your case as far as the first user has the author blog page it's being linked with it. The rest of the users doesn't have such, so there is no redirection. Watch this video: https://www.screencast.com/t/IiNJqID1P
