When a user makes a comment, their custom profile type does not appear next to their profile name. Any solution to make this appear?

Please check and make sure the role is enabled in the "Display Comment Author Labels" section. It's located in the Dashboard > wpDiscuz > Settings > User Labels and Badges admin page.
