[Solved] Reset license request

Can someone please reset the license for order #45364. I was testing it on my temporary site and now have the final domain set up.

Hi @zubin-mathai,

The [Disconnect License] resetting button is located next to the Deactivate button in Dashboard > Plugins admin page. You should deactivate license in all test websites, then you can activate it for the lave website.

It's not necessary to activate addons in test and development websites, please read this topic: https://gvectors.com/forum/product-license-questions/license-activation-on-development-website/

@tomson Thanks for your reply. But it's not working. Are you talking about the Wordpress admin->plugins page?

I'm on the same server, I just changed my domain name. So the plugin is only active on this one website (with a new domain name).

When I deactivate/reactivate the plugin on my site, then enter the license key, it still says: "The number of activation exceeded limit. Please connect with support !"

If you're not talking about the main Wordpress plugin page, please let me know. Not sure if you're talking about a page on my gvectors.com account or another page inside the wpforo settings on my wordpress site. I couldn't find any place to reset the license.

Yes, I meant the WordPress > Plugins. You should have to disconnect license before changing the domain. In any case, I have just reset your license key, try to activate it again.
