[Solved] re-activate keys

please have a problem activating the keys after I needed to make a format on my site and reload the add-ons that I bought from you, it makes me an error and I do not activate the key ... please for your help.

Order #29460 was placed on January 7, 2019 and is currently Completed.

unfortunately I can not activate my keys, it is probably a bug of the hosting server.
this is error:    Something went wrong: cURL error 28: connect() timed out!

I got an answer from you as much as I did, and your reply, I communicated it to the technical section of my hosting site. Their answer was that they have and have on their servers all the necessary requirements, and the problem of activation of the keys remains. What does it advise me to do?

It seems your hosting service uses and old PHP version. Please make sure it's 7.1 or higher. For more information please read this support topic:
