Hi - We recently purchased Voice Commenting Addon. Great Addon! It works well, but we need a way to save server space.

Our goal: We need a button and date selection option to delete all voice comments by date range. For example, we keep voice comments, for maybe 1 month, then after that time we need a button to delete all comments from last month. Should delete all voice comments from front end, and also must delete all related files from the server. We need this, so the server does not keep building files, and taking up our previous server disk space.

I'm really sorry, but the addon doesn't have such a feature.

You can delete the old comments by the range so the voice comments will be deleted as well.

Also, we have plugin customization and custom addon development services at the gVectors Team. They can assess the work and create it for you. Just contact us via sales[at]gvectors.com email address and send a list of requirements you'd like to have.

Question: If we manually delete a voice comment via our WP-Admin dashboard, will this definitely delete the associated mp3 audio file on the server?

Sure, if the comments are deleted from the dashboard, those will be also deleted from the DB.

You can find those in the /wp-content/uploads/wpdiscuz/audio/ folder.
