I've been getting this error on save for edited forum posts.
The edit does save, it just gives a weird error message.

Hi @kelly-peterson,
Could you please lave a screenshot of the topic edit form, is that a topic (first post) or post (reply)?
Do you select some prefix when you edit the topic?
Also, please let me know whether you have Topic Custom Fields addon installed.

It is a topic starting thread.
There are no prefixes configured for that particular forum, so one was not selected.
We do have topic custom fields installed and active, though are not using any custom fields for that forum.
