I have /community/ excluded from the Litespeed cache, but I am using the wpForo menu items. However they stop appearing and I have to clear the Litespeed cache for them to show back up.

To clarify, I'm talking about the wpForo Menu Shortcodes and they don't show up on pages that are not under /community/, so I am not sure how to exclude those from the cache.

Attached a screenshot of where the account menu is, if I disable Litespeed it works fine but when Litespeed is enabled after a couple days it disappears as seen here.
This is what it looks like logged in
If you go to the forums you can see it shows up correctly because /community/ is excluded from Litespeed caching.

In case if it works (a couple days) when the Litespeed cache plugin is enabled, then this does not have any relation to the wpforo. We may only suggest contact with Litespeed plugin support and let them know about the issue.
