MyCRED ranks and badges don't always show

Hi guys,

It's still not correct. The update fixed it partially, but for some comment threads members with ranks and badges still do not show them:

For example, member Karl Wright has the ranks and badges on this thread:

But is missing them from this thread:
http://www.pigsandsheep.org/fact-checking-trump/

We have fixed the issue. However, this user's  rank does not show up, as there is no logo set to rank. You should set it in order to see the rank. Take a look at example:  http://screencast.com/t/UcmD5X4xk
