For some reason for members who have been awarded a badge; on a Discuz comment between their profile image / name and the badge(s), extra details are being displayed with a broken-image image beside them. Specifically the page name, and the badge(s) name(s), are shown, in text, above the badges. Otherwise the badges are displaying correctly (including mouse-over showing badge name)
Is there a known way to fix this?

Additionally I've found if I turn off the Discuz MyCred add-on those two things (page & badge name) still appear even though the badges themselves don't.

It seems you've passed the incorrect image URLs. Please try to change the images and pass another.

This may be the cache problem. Please delete all caches and press CTRL+F5 (twice) on the frontend.
