We have checked your website in our end: the whole, with theme and plugins as well. This problem does not show up during the testing, it seems the issue may come from server settings. And finally, could you please tell me, the issue came up at first or you have changed something and after that you saw.

Have you actually tested it? I've had 5 users try this on different computers and it doesn't work, it does the exact same thing, even on the account i gave you too, why cant you find that error? 

It came up as soon as i installed the uploader plugin...

We have tried many times by all means. But that issue did not come in our end. Maybe you have server setting issue as was said. Did you check it?

In this case, please send us all your files, we will set up in our end (local) and check.
