How to hide the website box in commenting? I know it's not required to fill it out, but it's misleading.

Also, how to enable article rating? So that people can see it on Google search as well.

All settings are located in comment form settings page. Please be read plugin description and documentation. You should know that this plugin has an separate comment form customization option. Just navigate to Dashboard > Comments > Forms, edit the Default Form and do your configuration.

I'm sorry but I don't see you. If you are a developer you can do whatever you want, all rating data are stored in your database. wpDiscuz doesn't have certain options for custom requirements.
