As I've already mentioned the "Avaragerating" is just a name. It can not be hidden anyway.

Actually I want to Hide this nothing else. So can you please make an update that user can hide/show this schema.

The itemprop="false" property is special for this purpose. It allows to show/hide this schema. You've done everything correctly. In your case the schema is hidden.
