I posted this before in troubleshooting and it was deleted for some reason, so I'll try here:

After a ADA Compliance scan, some WPDiscuz pages showed some minor violations that is out of user control. The guideline is WCAG 2.0 F68 Section 508 (2017) A F68, and it refers to the form control not being labeled. In this case I do believe it's the comment boxes under each comment where someone can type a reply. The fix suggested is "add descriptive text to the form control's label."

Is this something anyone else has experienced; or moderators, something that will be addressed?
