Hello,
Since the most recent update yesterday Visitors are having to refresh their page in order to see new posted photos. Can you please have a look at this? Thank You.

Could you please navigate to Dashboard > Comments > Settings > Addons > Uploader admin page, and check images lazy loading option. If it is enabled, please disable it delete all caches and test again.
