Hello, just enabled you plugin on my website but I don't see the avatars as thumbnails they are just normal guest images, please review and help?

You should use one of Random Avatar Generator provided by WordPress/Gravatar. Please navigate to Dashboard > Settings > Discussions admin page to manage the avatar type.
