Hi,
I used to have a different looking comment form come up with Ajax when adding a comment, now this appears:

Any idea how to make the wpDiscuz comment form work again? It seems to no longer be associated for some reason.

wpDiscuz is not there, I don't see wpDiscuz form here, please follow to this topic and fix the problem:
