[Solved] Comments are gone

Just to clarify, if you deactivate the wpDiscuz plugin, does the comments show on frontend or not? 

Also please leave an example URL to allow us to check it.

Please deactivate plugins one by one and check after each deactivation. If it doesn't help try to change the activate them to WordPress default theme. We need to make sure this is not a conflict with other plugin and this is not theme conflict. Please keep cache plugins deactivated during this testing.

Hi! I had everything checked but then had my provider run a backup. The comments are back now – I still don't know what happened. They were really gone. Now everyting is fine, problem solved. Thanks for your help!
