Hello,
As admin I can see the forum, but a member cannot see the forums. They see two bars with an empty space between them. I've attached a picture below.Â
How can I fix this?

It seems your users doesn't have Usergroups. Please navigate to Dashboard > Forums > Dashboard admin page and click on the Synch Users button. Then click on Delete all caches button.
Then navigate to Dashboard > Forums > Usergroups admin page, and check the default usergroup. It should be the Registered Usergroup. Then click on the [Synchronize] button.
