I keep getting told my plugin needs to be updated and it won't update -- the update always fails. Any idea how to correct this issue?

Hi @realdawg1,
Please navigate to Dashboard > Updates admin page, click on the "Check Again" button, then select the wpForo Private message add-on from the plugins list that has new versions available and click “Update Plugins” button.

Still didn't work...says:
An error occurred while updating wpForo Private Messages: Update package not available.

ok @realdawg1,
Please provide us your order id and make sure:
1. you don't rename the folder, it must be wpforo-private-messages
2. you have not double /wpforo-private-messages/wpforo-private-messages /directories nested inside each other ( /wp-content/plugins/wpforo-private-messages /).
