I see that all products have a "Excluding 0% VAT" attached to them.

 

What does this mean?

 

I.e. do you have to pay VAT on them, are they exempt, does this depend on the country where one resides, or something else?

It means there is no VAT for this product and you'll not be charged for the VAT.
