Support for the core forum plugin itself for paid customers

Hi, would gvectors consider support for the core forum plugin itself for paid customers, i.e. not just for the addons?

For example, we've purchased two addons (ads as well as advanced attachments). So for paying customers like us, is it possible to ask questions about the core forum plugin itself here (supported forums)?

Either that, or provide an option for premium purchase of the core forum plugin itself so there are enhanced features and/or priority support.

E.g. we have this question which is not related to any of our purchased plugins, and it would've been great to have it answered more quickly than waiting for other forum members to try and respond to it:
