Hi gVectors team:

I'm looking for a receipt or comercial invoice for my purchases but I'm not able to get those from My Account. Is  there a way to get a commercial invoice for the purchases made?

Hi There!

We get a invoice for the order #35675 but the billing adress is not right. if you take a look at our account you can see that your billing adresse is:

But at the invoice you send us the billig adress is missing the company

 

can you send us a complete invoice pls.

@tomson great. but by the way, I think you have a tiny problem with your invoice and the billing adress as you can see at the example above. only a hint for you/gvectors

The invoice you've attached is not our invoice. It's sent by 2checkout.com payment system. It seems you've not filled out all fields of the 2checkout payment form. gVectors team invoice include all your details and it's already sent.

We have a problem to activate our Subscription Manager Plugin at our testenviroment. We have send a eMail at 17. September and a reminder at 21. September at support@gvectors.com but we get no reply...

Hi @nick776,

Please send it again. We don't see any email from you. Also, please note that it's not required to activate the license key on the dev website. The activation is only designed for getting updates. It doesn't limit any function. However, you have an option to activate it on the DEV website if the domain name meets these list: https://gvectors.com/forum/product-license-questions/license-activation-on-development-website/#post-25171
