Hi!

Is it possible to set a time/amount limit for adding new comments to a particular post? I'm thinking of using the comments section as a promoted limited-time discussion space for proactive readers and then leave only voting on and a share button to follow-up on social networks.

Is it possible?

Please check out the WordPress "Automatically close comments on articles older than [X] days" option. You can find in Dashboard > Settings > Discussion admin page.
