Load more button doesnt work

Hi,

I'm using your plugin and would like to have the functionality for [Load More] button.

The setting is described as

Comments loading/pagination type

You can manage the number of comments for [Load more] option in Settings > Discussion page, using "Break comments into pages with [X] top level comments per page" option. To show the default Wordpress comment pagination you should enable the checkbox on bigining of the same option.

Problem is that I've set the default comments to 10 however it doesnt honour the request for 10 because the checkbox is unchecked. The plugin loads all the 476 comments.

If i enabled the checkbox then there is no ajax function at all as the comments get broken into pages and every 'next' leads to a full page load.
