I installed your free Author & Post Statistics plugin on a multisite, then activated it on one site to test. All settings seemed to work okay. Seeing the advantages of the Pro plugin, and seeing the thread here, I then purchased the "Unlimited-Site License" version, deleted the regular plugin, and installed the Pro plugin, then re-activted on the test site.

Now, on this test site on my multisite, when I attempt to edit settings, I'm redirected to the root site (without site subdirectory), and the error msg "You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page" appears. I can't seem to overcome this error.

At this point, I'm wondering if there is an issue single-activating this plugin on a multisite. I don't want to network activate it, however.

Please clarify, and/or let me know how to refund my purchase

Hi James,
Thank you for using APSW Pro. This is not a License issue. Please wait for a few hours, we're checking current APSW Pro version on Multisites.

Hi James,
We've fixed this issue and released APSW 1.1.1 version. Please update it from your dashboard or download from "My Account" page.

Okay, I have verified that this work seems to fix the problem I reported. Note that the update is not prompted from my dashboard; I had to manually download the update, delete the previous version, and re-install; please advise as to how to find/install updates from dashboard in future.

Regards,

Jim P.

Hi James,
WordPress has its own "Cron Job" and Plugin Update Check initiation are being done per x hours. It's being available during 12 hours. You'll just need to wait a few hours more.

Btw, the Pro 1.1.2 update did not appear on my dashboard after 24 hr, so I'm still sure if your Pro plugin automatically prompts for updates.
