Hi, we just recently purchased the add-on but it seems it does not work on our end. I tried this on a general forum that I created which all members can access when I tried to add the '@' only the two recent active members are listed? Is it possible to list all member without needing them to be active on the thread? It defeats the purpose of the plugin
FYI these users are under the 'registered' usergroup
I even updated the user mentioning settings to '0' so its limitless.

Please edit the Registered usergroup and make sure the necessary permissions are enabled — the “Can” options are checked.
Additionally, the addon only allows mentioning users who have the “Display on Member List” option enabled.

For example, we currently have 6 'Registered' members
Upon using the mentioning add-on it will only display the member who started the post?
Please register some new testing user and send the user's login details with your forum URL to info[at]gvectors.com email address to allow us to debug the issue.
Hi @astgh, I have already the logins as you suggested .Is there any update on this? We'd like to get this working before we launch our website live.
