I might have misunderstood something. I thought with the purchase of Custom Fields I would be able to remove the visibility of selected fields in specified places.
I am looking to determine different visibility of fields like title, social, etc... in the 'author data' on posts, in what looks to be 'wpf-left'
How is that set via Custom Fields?

Using "wpForo User Custom Fields" addon you can do manipulation with custom fields in "Registration", "Profile", "Accounts" pages and in "members search" form.
In your case you need to copy these files from wpForo theme, and paste to your current active theme folder, and make there the changes you'd like. This has no relation with wpForo User Custom Fields addon.
