Hello, the fields are displayed well for new users. But they are absent on the users already created. How can I ensure that users who had an account before installing the plugin can complete this information? Thank you in advance for your help. Jerome

@besset-jerome,

If you add the fields in the account, profile, etc tabs it'll be displayed for all users. It doesn't matter if the account is just created or he/she already has it.

Hello,
So there must be a bug :-(.
New user: https://tennis2table.com/forum/profile/maero (everything works)
Former user: https://tennis2table.com/forum/profile/francky49370 (fields are not displayed).
Can you tell me what I need to do to "fix" this?
cordially
Jerome

@besset-jerome,

No issues found here.

Simply the members don't fill the values from the account page. Once members filled the values in the account tab, the values will be displayed in the account tab.

Please note on the profile pages where is only values that membres filled in the account tab. More info in this support topic: https://gvectors.com/forum/postid/24704/

Hello,
For my admin account, when I go to https://tennis2table.com/forum/account/jerome I cannot fill in the fields (they do not appear). Here is a screenshot..

@besset-jerome,

Please navigate to Dashboard > Forums > Member Fields > Tab Manager admin page, edit the "Account" tab, make sure the fields are added in the active fields section and press on the "Save" button.

The fields are well added. They are also displayed perfectly for new members when they fill them out. On the other hand, a former member, when he wants to edit his account, the fields do not appear

@besset-jerome,

Could you please send the admin login details to info[at]gvectors.com email address? I'll ask the developers to check the issue for you.
