Thank you.

You helped me a lot last time with that awesome plugin. I hope my pb will be solved again 🙂

I created some custom fields with the plugin. Now I would like to be able to export users (csv or other kind of file). How could I do that ?

Regards.

Hi @sylvain-laude,

I'm really sorry but there is no way to export the user custom fields.

@sylvain-laude,

Currently, we have plugin customization and custom addon development services at gVectors Team.
They can asses the work and create it for you. Just contact us via sales[at]gvectors.com
email address and send a list of requirements you'd like to have.

Are you kidding? Gvectors is expecting users to pay for a customization of the plugin to do a simply function like exporting our own user data? I'd expect this would be breaking Australian consumer laws left right and centre. Surely this major problem has been fixed?

Hi @timothy-jones ,

You've got it all wrong. Nobody asks for payment for exporting your information. He/She asks for his/her user exporting custom feature. The exporting of your users information from your website has nothing to do with us, that's only your responsibility, and you should do that yourself. So, you can go to your hosting service cPanle, open the phpMyAdmin database manager and export users information from wp_users, wp_usermeta and wp_wpforo_profiles table as CSV file without any problem. All is already described in the wpForo documentation: https://wpforo.com/docs/root/gdpr/right-to-data-portability/

But this user wanted some custom tool and he asked us to develop that tool for some payment.So there is no any major problem here.
