HELP! We've been using wpForo with the Private Messages add-on for two months. Tuesday evening, all messages disappeared. I've looked all over the settings to see if something's been turned off, but I can't find anything. As you can see from the screenshots, we're showing in the overview section of wpForo that we had 140 PMs, but you can also see from the second one that nothing shows up under the message tab. this person had 1/2 dozen PMs, but now none show. If you could also send a reply to my tech person at Thom@WorldclassAdvantage.com that would be particularly helpful.
