I'm really wpForo myCred integration doesn't have such feature. This is out of the add-on configuration area. You should find some way to implement it in myCRED plugin settings.

And i've asked you before to get back to me quicker than this! I don't want to get angry and start swearing at people, i'm a polite guy, but i won't sit there and be ignored for that long when i have things to do and people wait on me!!

When you don't get an answer it doesn't mean that some of the support members ignore you. We just try to contact developers and ask them about the questions the users asked. I am just a support team member, not a plugin developer, thus I cannot answer 100% to all question I need recommendations from developers.

The options under the "Points for referrals" doesn't have a relation to wpForo integration, this is the options of the myCRED plugin. The plugin developers confirmed that all those should be reached using the myCRED plugin.

No, I think, you can, but I don't know how as it is myCRED plugin feature. I'd recommend to contact the plugin support or try to find on Google:
