Yesterday one of my admin added a new badge t his profile. It removed all of his earned badges and now none of them are displaying.

Everytime I go to the dashboard, and remove any badge from his profile and save, the changes are not saved, and he still has no badges.

Other users have had no problems and their badges are still showing, but there are problems here that I do not know the cause of.

Why is it not saving the changes when I press save? Where has his badges gone?

Can anyone help with this?

Hi @percysgrowroom,

The badge saving and updating actions are performed by the myCRED plugin. Are you doing it on the myCRED admin page? If so then you should ask this question in the myCRED plugin support forum.

@tomson Im doing it through my wordpress dashboard.

The Mycred support isnt good, and ill be waiting a week fr a reply, is there no one who can help?

@percysgrowroom,

I meant the myCRED plugin admin page. All what happens in the myCRED plugin cannot be supported by our developers. We're not the myCRED plugin developers, so we cannot find and fix the problems of this plugin. We don't know the plugin script so well. The integration addon is connected through some hooks provided by MyCRED to allow other plugins to integrate.
