[Solved] Trying to access forum gives "critical error"

Attachments are not working again.  

"My Media" does not open.

"Attach Files" opens, allows you to pick a file. Then does nothing.

Drag and drop doesn't work - web page goes to video file leaving forum.

I'm still in setup mode.  Only I am posting. No changes to settings except increasing the  size limit.  That was done after the failure to post.  Didn't affect it.  File is 70,000 kb.  Limit is 132 megs. Website is 132.
