Hi, I use wpforo cross posting to connect blog post to forum topic, which works fine.
Can I connect the forum topic, and make it becomes a blog post?

Hi,
We're really sorry, but this feature can't be implemented due to security reasons. Only authors and administrators (high-level users) have permission to create blog posts but forum topics can be created by each user on the forum.

Do you plan to implement it later? For example, only for users with a minimum of forum posts
