Big apologies if this has been answered elsewhere, I did a search and wasn't able to narrow down to anything on topic for me.

I'm using s3 Media Maestro to add videos to a CPT, which then I cross-post to the forum. The video is displayed properly in the forum post but right underneath, the s3MM shortcode itself is shown. Is this a templating problem that I can get a hand with or is something else going on?

I can set up a temporary admin login if I have an email to send the link to. Apologies if I'm not following the etiquette on this forum, but I'm short on time and can't spend days figuring out how best to ask for help here.

Hi @keelydunn,

Please navigate to the  Dashboard > Forums > Settings > Features Tab and make sure the "Enable WordPress Shortcodes in Post Content" is enabled and check again.
