Hello

I have a problem in the Cross Posting plugin with the synchronization of the featured image.

The problem is that when I want to synchronize a post, sometimes it doesn't show me the corresponding featured image, it shows me the image of another post.

I also have the problem that having the option "Cross-posting Featured Image" activated, when I create a new thread that does not include any images, it adds a random image from my media library.

Could you help me with this problem?

I already deactivated all the plugins and left only the ones from wpforo.

I uninstalled wpforo and reinstalled.

But the problem continues...

Hello, I'm still testing but look at this example:

The original post is: https://desaltillo.com/combi-y-tren-sobre-blvd-emilio-carranza-en-saltillo/

The link to the forum is: https://desaltillo.com/saltillo/historias-leyendas-y-fotografias-de-saltillo/combi-y-tren-sobre-blvd-emilio-carranza-en-saltillo/

If you notice, the title and the text are synchronized, but the featured image in the forum does not correspond to the original post, and also, the link from the forum refers to another post ( https://desaltillo.com/leyendas-de-la-preparatoria-mariano-narvaez/), which is where the featured image is taken from.

A few months ago I had already used the cross posting plugin without any problem.

But I had to uninstall wpforo, now that I reinstalled the forum and try to do the synchronization, this problem happens to me.

Although I uninstalled and deleted tables and reinstalled again, is it possible that somewhere there is information about posts that are "crossing"?

Is there a way to do a full cleanup?

Thanks for your attention.

Update

I already corrected the problem, apparently the previous installation/uninstallation of the plugin left data in the database that was causing an error.

What I did was delete all the "crossposting" records from the postmeta table. I deleted threads and forum posts and ran the sync again and it worked fine.

In addition, the problem I had when creating a new theme was also corrected and I included an image in the post.

Thank you for the time invested.
