I am in the process of beta testing WPForo for our users in anticipation of moving from a different forum application. I purchased and installed the "Advanced Attachments" plugin and it is a really nice improvement over the base functionality. However, my users are now seeing a message "No more attachments allowed for today." In the settings I don't see this message in the long list of standard error messages. Is there a configuration setting I am missing?
Hi,
Please review the 'Maximum uploaded attachments per day' option in the settings of the wpForo Advanced Attachments addon. Each usergroup has its own section for settings configurations, so please ensure to check the relevant section.
Thank you for the reference to the setting. But for all my usergroups the setting is 0 so there should be no limit.
But it seems to have changed for a few of my new users. They can't see the "My Media" or "Attach Files" buttons/links so they ask some questions - then it suddenly appears. I wonder if the message is a result of the restriction on new users needing 3 posts before they can add attachments. If that is the case the message is a little misleading.
