'Advanced Attachment' images are showing okay in the frontend but not the backend:
In the Chrome developer console, I see the error "Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found)"
Any idea why that might be?
I thought it might be a plugin conflict, like iThemes Security, but I deactivated all plugins and the issue is still there.

Please make sure the "Front - Can access to attachments" checkbox is checked for the current usergroup.
It is, yes. I'm admin and all of the boxes are checked.
This issue will be fixed in the next update. It comes from the "Secure Attachment URLs" option. If you disable the option the attachments will be displayed.
