Please register a new user and send login details to info[at]gvectors.com email address.

Could you please deactivate all other plugins and check again?
Also, please compress/zip current active theme and send it to info[at]gvectors.com email address to allow us to check on our test websites.

Please activate plugins one by one and find the conflict maker plugin. Please let us know the result.
