Hi! The problem is that previously downloaded and inserted files remain in the loader. If removed, they are removed not only from the bootloader, but from all posts, which were inserted. As if it remained in the cache. I do not know.

We've already add in our to-do list to add the option, that will allow to hide previously attached files.
